Oscars 2023: Προβλέψεις της (προ)τελευταίας στιγμής

Όλα έχουν τελειώσει τώρα. Τα ονόματα γράφτηκαν, οι φάκελοι σφραγίστηκαν και η τελετή στο Kodak Theater είναι έτοιμη.

Τώρα που όλες οι ενώσεις έχουν ολοκληρώσει τις απονομές τους, τώρα που η παγκόσμια κριτική έχει δώσει τα βραβεία της, τώρα έφθασε η υπέρτατη ώρα: η ώρα του Θείου Όσκαρ. Για να δούμε λοιπόν ποια ανηψάκια θα είναι τυχερά φέτος. Αδιαφιλονίκητο φαβορί Τα Πάντα Όλα των δύο νεαρών Daniel (Daniel Kwan, Daniel Scheinert), μια ταινία ιδιοφυής και γεμάτη νεανική ορμή, υπερφίαλη και ρηχή κατά κάποιους άλλους, μια ταινία που δεν έπεισε το εγχώριο κοινό μέχρι βαθμού εκδήλωσης αντιπάθειας!

Το φετινό Βραβείο της Ένωσης Παραγωγών πήγε στη sci-fi extravaganza των Daniels. Αν ο κόσμος δεν γυρίσει ανάποδα και το Όσκαρ κατά κει θα πάει. Μόνο ο Elvis θα μπορούσε να είναι επικίνδυνος. Το Inisherin βρίσκεται πολύ μακριά από το Χόλιγουντ, το Tar κανέναν δεν απασχόλησε ουσιαστικά στην από κει πλευρά του Ατλαντικού, πόσο μάλλον το και λιγάκι δικό μας Τρίγωνο της Θλίψης.

Είναι πολύ πιθανόν να έφθασε η ώρα της Michelle Yeaoh που πήρε και το Βραβείο της Ένωσης Ηθοποιών. Είναι άθλος η ερμηνεία της και σ’ αυτήν ποντάρουμε. Εκτός αν τριτώσει τα αγαλματίδια της η Cate Blanchett, κάτι που μάλλον δεν θα συμβεί παρά το μέχρι τώρα σερί βραβεύσεων.

Η ιστορία του τελευταίου, ενός ηθοποιού που ξεκίνησε ως παιδί θαύμα με τον Indiana Jones και που πριν τα Πάντα όλα είχε εγκαταλείψει την υποκριτική λόγω έλλειψης ρόλων, είναι από εκείνες τις ιστορίες που συγκινούν πολύ την Ακαδημία. Και όπως φαίνεται συγκίνησαν και την Ένωση Ηθοποιών.

Δύσκολη η πρόβλεψη ανάμεσα σε αριστουργηματικές δουλειές: Εμείς ποντάρουμε στην Αυστραλέζα Mandy Walker του Elvis. Για πρώτη φορά μια γυναίκα Διευθύντρια Φωτογραφίας τιμάται με το βραβείο της αντίστοιχης Ένωσης.

Αυτά λοιπόν και αναμένουμε τι θα βγει από τους φακέλους αύριο τη νύχτα.

Η τελετή της απονομής που φέτος θα διεξαχθεί και πάλι στο Dolby Theatre του Hollywood με παρουσιαστή τον Jimmy Kimmel, θα μεταδοθεί ζωντανά από το κανάλι ABC στις ΗΠΑ και σε δεκάδες άλλες χώρες.
